Today We Launch the “Art Doesn’t Just Happen” Campaign

Join us in spreading the message that art doesn’t just happen — it takes a community of Manitobans like you to celebrate it, make it, and share it!

We are asking all Manitobans to join the Make Art Movement! Individuals, businesses and organizations are invited to post on social media:

●      Use the Make Art Happen frame (download at MakeArtHappen.ca) to overlay a picture of your own ‘art’ moment

●      Use the hashtag #MakeArtHappen

●      Encourage all your friends, relatives and colleagues to participate 

Share a story, a piece of art work, or just a favourite experience of seeing art, making art or participating with or in art. Highlight a group or artist that you support or sponsor — it’s an all hands on deck in support of Manitobans who are the creative lifeblood of our communities.
